Warmer was born out of gaps in support for our founders’ own challenges. Pete felt friends and family couldn’t really relate when he stopped drinking; Jeff felt isolated navigating sobriety post-rehab; Alyssa craved tangible advice when she had cancer.
Upon reflection, they realized the singular value of a conversation with someone who’s lived it, and built Warmer as a destination for the kind of practical advice that only comes from experience.
We’re a team who’s faced our share of personal adventures, and rather than hide it, we celebrate and hire for it, because it’s what makes us well-positioned to bring Warmer to life. This ethos is what defines our culture of vulnerability, bravery, and resilience.
